GoodPlay Media LLC with its TeeTimes4Charity.com website and related services (“GPM”) is committed to protecting Member privacy and the privacy of its donors and product and service users. GPM is committed to providing security in the processing of information and the collection and distribution of donations to nonprofit organizations. GPM has partnered with GuideStar, JustGive, U.S. Merchant Systems and NetDeposit to provide said privacy and security services.

Privacy

Collected Information Use

GPM collects nonprofit Member, Supporter, Event and personal information from users or website visitors, collectively “Users”, when they sign up with TeeTimes4Charity (“TT4Charity”) or use its products and services (all products and services offered by GPM, its websites and related companies). GPM may combine this information with information it obtains from business or marketing partners. GPM automatically records User information on its server logs from User’s browser; including Internet Protocol (IP) address, GPM cookie information and page requests. GPM uses information to process donor information to donor selected charities; process tee time reservations; process event registration; process credit card transactions; process donor receipts; customize website content and advertising; contact users; and conduct research.

 

Information Sharing & Disclosure

GPM does not rent, sell, or share User personal information with nonaffiliated companies, except to provide products or services requested by the user, when we have their permission, or under the following circumstances:

GPM provides User information to specific nonprofit organizations selected by a donor; to tee time reservation network provider; to golf courses; and to trusted business, product and marketing partners under confidentiality agreements with opt-in user approval. These companies may use information to communicate with Users about offers from GPM and its partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information beyond their own use. If you do not wish to share your name and contact information with the charities you support or you choose to make your donation anonymously, GPM will not share your name or contact information with any third party.

GPM does not provide any User personal information to partners when User interacts with or completes a targeted offer without opt-in user approval. GPM provides Users with opt-out capabilities within the account administration tool.

GPM maintains Playing Partners and Friends email, mobile and social media contact information in User’s Friends List for the purpose of forwarding tee time/event registration and donation information. The Friends List information will not be used by GPM for any other purpose, beyond a one-time offer to sign up with GPM to use its services to make a donation.

 

Confidential Use

GPM limits access to user information to employees who reasonably need to come into contact with that information in order to do their jobs.

Use by User of GPM products and services implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time and you are deemed to have accepted the current version each time you use GPM products and services.

 

Cookies

GPM may place and access GPM cookies on user’s computer. GPM lets other companies that show offers on some of GPM’s pages set and access their cookies on user’s computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers do not have access to GPM’s cookies.

 

General

You can edit your GPM Account Information at any time. We reserve the right to send certain communications relating to the GPM Services without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

GPM may update this policy at any time. We will notify users about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your GPM account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

Security

All payment information is processed through a PCI DSS compliant service, certified by Trustwave, an official VISA Qualified Security Assessor that actively protects customer identities, personal information and financial details.

All payment information is encrypted using 2048 bit SSL, industry standard secure technology from Comodo. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted in a web browser. No information entered as part of a secure transaction can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

GPM credit card transaction authorization is processed by US Merchant Systems and NetDeposit. Any cardholder information sent to the banks or partners and any authorization message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

GPM Member charitable nonprofit organizations are validated by GuideStar as 501(c)(3) organizations that can receive tax-deductible donations; providing donors with the security that their donation is to an approved charity.

GPM donations are processed and distributed by JustGive, a Donor Advised Fund. JustGive provides timely processing of donations to the nonprofit organizations selected by the donor and the processing of tax reporting email receipts to the donor.
